David Tsai

Chief Executive Officer, Crown Resorts

David Tsai commenced as Crown Perth CEO in December 2022 and brings almost two decades of integrated resorts experience to Crown.

David has an impressive track record of success having spent more than 15 years with global gaming, hospitality and entertainment group, MGM Resorts International. Prior to joining Crown, he was President Midwest Group and simultaneously oversaw two leading integrated resorts – MGM Grand Detroit & MGM Northfield Park.

David brings extensive strategic and operational leadership experience having led extensive hotel, gaming, food and beverage, and event operations in some of the most highly regulated jurisdictions across the US, as well as large-scale transformation programs, such as the US$550M upgrade and rebranding of the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino into the luxurious, Park MGM and NoMad Las Vegas.

Earlier in his career, David worked for McKinsey & Company and also held senior strategy and finance roles, including leadership positions for ARIA Resort & Casino and serving as Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy & Analytics for MGM Resorts, leading group strategy across 15+ integrated resorts across the US.

David holds multiple degrees from Stanford University, including a Master of Business Administration degree, a Master of Science degree in Management Science, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

ED DOMINGO

Chief Executive Officer, Crown Melbourne

Ed Domingo began his tenure as the CEO of Crown Melbourne in April 2025, bringing with him two decades of experience in the Integrated Resorts sector across America.

Ed joined Crown from MGM Resorts International, where he served as the President & COO of Empire City Casino. In this role, he spearheaded the development and execution of business strategies, while also championing people and culture initiatives and enhancing guest experience excellence, while preparing the property for a transformation into a fully integrated resort.

Before his time at Empire City, Ed was the Senior Vice President & CFO of Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International's premier luxury resort. His extensive leadership experience also includes roles with Caesars Entertainment and Rush Street Gaming, providing him with deep industry knowledge across various gaming jurisdictions.

Ed's entry into the gaming industry was through the prestigious Caesars President’s Associate program, a leadership development pipeline for MBA graduates. He joined the program after earning his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. In addition to his MBA from Fuqua, Ed also holds a JD from NYU School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. Prior to joining the hospitality industry, Ed practiced as a corporate attorney in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, a top global law firm, specialising in structured finance and real estate law.

Brian Pereira

Interim Chief Executive Officer, Crown Perth

Brian was appointed to the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer of Crown Perth in August 2024, having initially joined Crown Perth as Chief Financial Officer in July 2023. He brings more than 30 years of financial and corporate strategic leadership experience in the banking, transport, logistics, mining services and aviation sectors in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Prior to his role at Crown, Brian was Chief Financial Officer of Perth Airport, for almost seven years where he led the Finance, Treasury, Strategy and IT functions, navigating the organisation financially through the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier in his career, Brian was also the Chief Financial Officer at WesTrac Caterpillar, Brookfield Rail (now Arc Infrastructure) and BankWest.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Brian brings experience from across the transport logistics, mining services, aviation, and banking industries, including as the Chief Financial Officer at Perth Airport.

Stanford Le

Chief Executive Officer, Crown Sydney

With over 27 years of global hospitality and casino industry experience, Stanford Le has led the international, national, regional, and local integrated resort property strategy for Fortune 500 casino companies including Wynn Resorts, Sands China (Las Vegas Sands), and Caesars Entertainment.  

Prior to joining Crown Sydney, he most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Snoqualmie Casino in the greater Seattle, Washington USA area, guiding the company through its 500M hotel and convention expansion and to recognition as Washington’s ‘Best Workplace’ in each of the five years of his tenure.  

While with these corporations, Stanford has also opened and prepared pre-opening planning for five integrated resort properties including Wynn Palace, Encore Boston Harbor, Parisian Macao, Aliante Casino + Hotel, and Golden Nugget Atlantic City. 

His implementation of best practices and adaptation of marketing strategies allowed him to succeed across each of the world’s major gaming markets; each property under his leadership has either reached double-digit percentage growth, held the market’s highest share, or both.  

He holds two post-graduate degrees, a master’s degree in management and a law degree (JD), earned concurrently while attending Cornell University.

Alan McGregor

Chief Finance and Corporate Services Officer, Crown Resorts

Alan McGregor was appointed to the role of Chief Finance and Corporate Services Officer in October 2023 having spent more than three years as Crown Resorts Chief Financial Officer.

Alan has a strong casino background, having first joined Crown in April 2005 as General Manager Corporate Services at Crown Perth (formerly Burswood Entertainment Complex) and progressing to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Crown Perth in 2007.

Alan then moved to Melbourne in April 2013 to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer – Crown Melbourne, before taking the collective role of Chief Financial Officer – Australian Resorts which he held from August 2014 until his most recent appointment in October 2023.

Prior to joining Crown, Alan worked for SKYCITY Entertainment Group for seven years in various finance roles.

LOUISE TEBBUTT

CHIEF PEOPLE AND CULTURE OFFICER, CROWN RESORTS 

Louise Tebbutt is the Chief People and Culture Officer of Crown Resorts and brings more than two decades of experience to her role at Crown.  

She has previously worked for large publicly listed Australian companies including Myer, Coles, and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and has extensive experience in designing and implementing people strategies, governance frameworks and culture-related programs of work. Louise understands the importance of creating an inclusive and positive work environment, with a focus on team member wellbeing and engagement. 

As a deeply experienced people and culture leader, Louise has firsthand experience in raising organisational outcomes while delivering initiatives that support team member development and growth. Louise focuses on uplifting organisational capability where individuals feel valued and respected by building a culture of performance and accountability.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Business, is on the Board off the Australian Prostate Centre and RULE Prostate and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD)

MARGUERITE FITZGERALD

CHIEF ADMINSTRATION OFFICER, CROWN RESORTS  

Marguerite is the Chief Administration Officer at Crown Resorts, responsible for delivering business productivity while enhancing the guest experience. With a career that spans over two decades, Marguerite brings a wealth of strategy and customer operations experience in travel and hospitality companies, in over 20 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. 

Before joining Crown, Marguerite held several senior management positions, most recently at the world’s largest cruise company as President of Carnival Australia and P&O Cruises Australia. It was there Marguerite played a critical role in leading the Australian cruise industry's recovery following the COVID-19 global pandemic, helping to restore confidence and certainty in the sector. Her ability to navigate challenging times and lead through instability was instrumental in the successful turnaround and revival of the Australian cruise industry. 

Marguerite spent nearly 20 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), including over a decade in Miami as Managing Director and Partner, leading the global Lodging and Leisure business, and supporting major clients in aviation, cruise, hospitality, and tourism sectors. Marguerite’s extensive experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and insights into leisure travel, making her a respected and highly regarded leader in the field.

Marguerite holds an MBA from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Arts from Melbourne University. Marguerite is recognised for her ability to create value for companies and places high importance on motivating front-line teams to support driving business transformation, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
