OUR Contribution

Crown Resorts Foundation

We give because we believe in doing what is right.

The Crown Resorts Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Crown Resorts. We exist to create positive social value, supporting the leaders and experts already doing the work in our communities: unlocking opportunity and building pride in place and people.

We have the ability to assist. We have reach, resources, and relationships, and we use them to enable meaningful, lasting impact for people and communities, within and beyond the places we operate.

Giving isn't separate from who we are. It's embedded in our identity, shaped by integrity, and lived through what we do, not just what we say.

Our Approach

We envision a future where communities are empowered and opportunity is equitable.

That vision is guided by our Community Strategy, co-designed with our team and community collaborators. It sets out how we work, how we listen, and how we measure the difference we enable together, grounded in empowerment, equity, reciprocity, care for people and planet, and transparency through honest storytelling.

We bring these values to life through five pathways to impact:

Partnering with Purpose: building relationships with the organisations already doing the work, and backing them for the long term

Using What We Have to Create Change: putting our funding, venues, skills, and voice behind the causes that need them

Embedding Giving Across the Organisation: making community impact everyone's responsibility, not a side project

Sharing Stories and Building Trust: telling the stories of community-led solutions honestly, because trust is the most important work we do

Learning for Long-Term Impact: measuring what matters, and letting what we learn shape what we do next

Our People Are at the Heart of It

As Australia's largest employer of integrated hospitality professionals, our impact is made real by our people. Through fundraising, volunteering, and everyday generosity, our team members bring our giving to life, embodying care, community, and inclusion so support reaches the people who need it, when they need it.

Team member commitment is recognised each year through the Crown Resorts Foundation Care Award, alongside ongoing volunteering and in-kind giving programs. When we empower our team to give back, we strengthen the bond between Crown Resorts and the communities we're part of. Our partnerships aren't just with organisations — they become friendships, carried by the people who show up.

Where We Focus

Nationally, we address the issues that need sustained attention: homelessness, family and domestic violence, and substance abuse working alongside our partners to build solutions that last.

At the state level, we back health and research initiatives with the potential to transform lives and stand behind first responders and major disaster relief when it's needed most.

Locally, our team members lead the way volunteering, fundraising, and giving back to the communities they call home.

Enabling, Not Owning, the Impact

The Crown Resorts Foundation is one contributor among many. The real work belongs to the community leaders and organisations on the front line, we bring funding, venues, skills, and voice to amplify what they've already built.

By showing up as a genuine, trusted partner not just a funder we help ensure these solutions flourish, and that the benefits are felt by everyone they're meant to reach.

Together with our guests, our team members, and our community partners, we're building a legacy that uplifts communities, promotes inclusion, and reflects the best of what we stand for because the people we work alongside matter most.
